• >Hi Priyanka,I’d appreciate if you would please give credit to the designer who created the Diya graphic [ a sentence below the graphic saying “Diya image created by Naina Redhu” with a link back to the blog entry where you picked up the Diya from ]. It would have been even better if you would have asked before using it on your blog, no matter now I guess. I should be asking for compensation for usage of my graphics – it’s my ‘profession’.Thanks Priyanka,Naina

  • >Ok I am so sorry! Actually what happened was when I landed up there I saw this sentence saying free wall paper here. And I kinda assumed that was the diya wall paper and so I thought it would be ok to take it.Fine I will just mention your link.. and if you dont want me to use it I can take it off!

  • >Hey Priyanka – this particular image was not a free wallpaper – wallpapers are usually used on Desktops 🙂 and I do have some free ones on my website – but typically it is better to host the image on your server like on priynkawriting.blogspot.com and upload the image there instead of the image using the same link – like the image points to http://www.aside.in/somethingThanks for the link.Cheers!Naina

  • >Well the only reason I tend to use the link is cause I am lazy. Downloading then uploading takes time moreover I forget to delete the image and they just clutter up my download folder :)Will keep in mind though.Glad you didnt sue me 😉
